- Changed your mind / doesn’t like the product? We will exchange/refund it — but only if the item is in sealable condition.
- Video must be clear, continuous & issue reported within 24 hours.
- Without unboxing video, no exchange/refund possible.( itam must be sealable condition )

📦 Exchange / RTO Policy
- Exchange shipping charge must be paid by customer.
- Ship item back once return address is shared on WhatsApp.
- For RTO cases, RTO + reshipping charge is mandatory. No refund.
- Provide proper address and phone number.
- Tracking ID will be shared on WhatsApp — track regularly.
- Report missing parcel within 7 days. No complaints accepted later.
