Orders placed directly on WhatsApp with advance payment are non-refundable.

Refund will not be provided in the following cases, even if the parcel is not delivered:

• Incomplete address (house no., street, landmark missing)
• Customer not receiving calls
• Customer unavailable or refuses delivery
• Misbehaviour with delivery boy
• Wrong or unreachable address provided
• Delivery attempt failed due to customer-side reason

• Only WhatsApp communication is accepted for refunds.
• Time limits must be followed strictly.
• We are not responsible for wrong address, miscommunication, or delivery refusal.
