Everything you need to know about your order

You have paid ₹300 in advance to confirm your order. The remaining amount will be collected when the product is delivered to your doorstep.

⚠️ Important: Your order will NOT be processed without this advance payment.

Want to see your watch before it ships? Here is how:

  • Website Orders: Send us a WhatsApp message within 1 hour of placing your order.
  • WhatsApp Orders: Mention “Packaging video required” along with your address.
🚫 Note: We cannot send the video after the order has been dispatched.

COD Orders: 3–6 working days.

Prepaid Orders: 2–4 working days (Fast Shipping).

Dear Customer, currently we do not offer Open Box Delivery. Courier partners like Bluedart and Delhivery do not support this policy.

What you can do:

  • Check the parcel for external damage before accepting.
  • If the package looks tampered with, refuse the delivery.

We stand by our quality. Here is what’s covered:

  • 🕒 Analog Watches: Full machinery covered (No service charge).
  • ⚙️ Automatic / Digital: 1-year machinery warranty (Service charges may apply based on condition).
  • 📵 Smartwatches / AirPods: No warranty.
✅ How to Claim: If there is an issue, send it back to us. We will fix it free of cost.

*Physical damage or water damage is not covered.

Our watch colors are durable, but care is needed:

  • Avoid direct contact with Sanitizer, Alcohol, or Perfumes.
  • Wipe clean after use to remove sweat.
  • Store in a dry place.
📹 MANDATORY: A 360° Unboxing Video (without cuts/pauses) is required to claim any return or damage. No video = No Help.

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged product received.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Missing items.
Changed your mind? We accept exchanges/refunds if the item is in sealable condition.

Note: Shipping charges for returns must be paid by the customer.

Timeline: Report issues within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.

Website Orders:

  • Within 1 Hour: Full refund of ₹300 (Message on WhatsApp).
  • After 1 Hour: ₹150 deducted, remaining ₹150 refunded.
  • After Dispatch: No refund possible.
WhatsApp Direct Orders: Orders placed directly on WhatsApp with advance payment are Non-Refundable.
