  • Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer Open Box Delivery where you can inspect the watch before accepting it.
  • This is because we use a trusted third-party delivery partner and rely on their secure packaging and delivery process. top courier companies like Bludart, and Delhivery do not support “open box Delivery”. we are still trying to get a solution

    What You Can Do:

    • Check for visible damage before accepting the parcel.
    • If damaged/tampered, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

    • ⚙️ Automatic / Digital: 1-year warranty on the machinery. Service charges may apply based on the condition of the watch during repair. .
    • 📵 Smartwatches / AirPods: No warranty.

    🚫 Not covered: Physical damage or water damage.

    ✅ Warranty starts from the delivery date (as per tracking ID). If the watch machine has any issue during the warranty period, just send it back to us. We’ll fix it free of cost and send it back to you. .

    • None watch colour has tendency to fade away. Just take care of few things before use.

    • Avoid water splashes or sweat.
    • Wipe clean after each use.
    • Keep away from sanitizer, alcohol, perfumes — these damage the color.

    💡 Tip: Store your watch in a dry place and avoid harsh chemicals.

    • Complimentary ground shipping within 1 to 7 business days.

    🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    • 360° unboxing video is required in case of:
      • Damage
      • Wrong item
      • Missing items
      • Changed your mind? That's okay — we’re happy to exchange or refund!(Item must be in sealable condition)
    • Video must be clear, without pause or cut, and issue reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
    • Without video, we will not be able to Help you.

    📦 EXCHANGE / RTO POLICY

    • For exchanges, shipping charges must be borne by the customer. No exceptions.
    • You must ship the item back to us yourself once we share the return address via WhatsApp.
    • In case of RTO (Return to Origin), RTO + reshipping fees must be paid. No refunds will be provided.
    • Always give a proper address and contact number, and track your parcel timely.
    • Tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp — please respond or ask your customer to track it.
    • Report if not received within 7 days. No complaints accepted after that.

    • You can share your preferred courier — if not, we’ll ship via our choice.
    • Tracking may be delayed due to heavy dispatch but is always on time.
    • Slight color difference may occur due to lighting or screen display.

    🛑 Order Cancellation &  Refund Policy

    📦 Website Orders

    • Within 1 Hour: If you've paid ₹300 and message us on WhatsApp 📱 8470931307 within 1 hour, you'll get a full refund.
    • After 1 Hour: ₹150 will be deducted, and the rest ₹150 will be refunded (only if not dispatched).
    • After Dispatch: No refund. But if the watch is under ₹3000, special cases may be considered.

    💬 WhatsApp Orders

    • Orders placed directly on WhatsApp with advance payment are non-refundable.
    Note: Follow the time limit for refunds. Only WhatsApp communication is accepted.
