360 degree unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item. Issue must be clear in video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving parcel.

Warranty is on watch machinery. It’s calculated on the basis of date of delivery on the tracking ID. If anything happens during the warranty period to watch machine, you just have to send the watch back to us. We’ll fix it at no charges and send it back to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer Open Box Delivery where you can inspect the watch before accepting it.

This is because we use a trusted third-party delivery partner and rely on their secure packaging and delivery process. top courier companies like Bludart, and Delhivery do not support “open box Delivery”. we are still trying to get a solution 

What You Can Do:

  • Inspect Upon Delivery: While you cannot open the box before accepting it, you can check the packaging for any obvious damage. If the box is crushed, torn, or tampered with, you have the right to refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Return Guarantee: In case your watch arrives damaged, you can easily return it for a full refund or replacement.
